Dr. Erica A. Roberts

Dr Roberts were my OB through my first pregnancy and delivery. She is really kind and know what she is doing. Always patient, highly recommend!

The wait can be long, but it's because she takes so much time with patients. Dr. Roberts is VERY thorough and that's hard to find nowadays! I really like her, and her bedside manner is great.

Dr. Roberts is a terrific doctor. I've had both of my children delivered by her and both experiences were wonderful. I would definitely recommend her.

When i got pregnant last year, i did tons of research to find a best OB-GYN doctor. When i came across Dr. Roberts i was hesitant at first as she had less than 5 years of experience in the field and i tried to give it a shot with mixed thoughts. I am very glad i did. She is very thorough and greatly knowledgeable. She is a soft spoken doctor i have ever met who listens to all your concerns and suggest remedies accordingly. She doesn't order un necessary tests and she does right things at the right time. Some times she kind of rushes but it's okay when compared with how good she is. The front office staff need a lot of training. They do not know how to deal with pregnant women and they are rude. We have never been late to any appointments until the last one i had just before the day my daughter was born. But they treated me in a rude manner. I hope the doctor changes them and bring people who really care for pregnant moms. Just because of the front office staff i do not want to give… low ratings to the doctor. The doctor in my view is a '****' start and front office staff '*'- yes that's a one star for them.

Worst experience I have gone through being a father to be. After asking a question about the ultrasound the nurse walked out of the room and I over heard her tell another nurse,"What a dumb question". We tried to work out a payment plan and they refused to work with us, telling everyone in the waiting room that we had to find a new OB because we couldn't pay $650.00 that day. They could have called us ahead of time to tell us that, saving us the embarrassment (and time driving out there), but they preferred to make a scene in front of the entire office/waiting room. Just glad we can find a new OB to deliver our baby! I don't know how these people sleep at night.

My visits and care were exceptional by Dr. Roberts and I would recommend her highly to any of my friends and colleagues. Most people answer a survey only if they are not completely happy and I want my OB/Gyn to know she is awesome.
