Dr. Erich Wesley Garland, MD

I have seen Dr. Garland over a period of years. He listens well, asks questions, does thorough exams, orders tests when necessary, and pursues effective treatment. Dr. Garland is a committed and caring health care provider.

After receiving a appointment I was told I was cancelled. They stated that they called me but there were no calls or messages on my phone.

The staff is horrible and from the looks of the reviews not sure they give a you know what or even read the reviews. No follow up even after the doctor wanted a follow up after another doctors info was mail as requested. No return phone call even with a free call. I would give this staff two alternatives. If you have to stay until mid-night to contact patients or finish the day's work, do it, or your FIRED! The doctor needs to up date his skills what ever they are, no really sure he has any!

Had problems from the start. Wouldnt allow me to enter without a $300 copay even though I have great insurance, well that changed in my favor after a fight. I agree with staff comments. Interns dont belong in room for first visits. Told them they were treating me like an addict even after I turned down a script for straight codine. After being perscribed betta blockers, anti seisure meds, all of which have made me deathly ill for constant migraines I am leaving after reading others comments. Plus they take too many hours and days off! Just have had it!

not good lick getting an appointment Rude staff. Still have not met the man so rest rating will be blank for now

I have been going to see Dr Garland for the past 3 years, and every time i get more and more disappointed, the staff are completely rude, and cold. He treats you like you are nothing interesting, sends you off to 20 different places to do different things that just cost you more and more money. this man has put me into debt. BAD. He doesnt speak to you like you are even there, he always has a student with him, and he doesnt even listen. I hate him and i am leaving this practice!

Staff is terrible. They are chilly. No one gets back to you.

I apprciate the professional manner and the amount of care that was given to my daughter!!

Visit with doctor was very good. Staff leaves a lot to be desired..They were to schedule a follow-up visit and even though I reminded her twice she failed to make a appointment. They were more interested in my payment than my care. There have been problems filing claims. If I can find a different Dr. I will.

The staff was horrible on the phone and in person to deal with. Dr. Garland was a nice man and decent Dr. but I switched just so I would not have to deal with the rest of his staff.
