Dr. Valenzuela is the best! Hands down. When you have been with a doctor for years and they become someone you are excited to see... You know they have become more than a doctor. They have become a friend. They have become someone you can trust. Dr Valenzuela is caring as well as knowledgeable!

Dr, Valenzuela treated me inExcel Urgent Cre for a tick removal. She was very professional and caring In the removal of the tick. Talked to me regarding medication. Told me to return if certain symptoms arose. Was very happy to have had her treat me.

Thank you Dr Valenzuela for staying in the community! I will keep following her that’s for sure. It’s so hard to find an excellent and caring doctor!

We brought our kids to see Dr Valenzuela. She was so kind and gentle with them. My kids usually hate going to the doctors office. They loved Dr V. I recommend her without hisitation. I wish more doctors were as patient and kind.

I just received a letter in the mail that Dr Valenzuela will no longer be our family Primary Physician!....She will definitely be missed,she was very thorough and took her time with my Son n I questions and or concerns.It is very difficult now a days to find a physician who genuinely cares about their patients overall health and quality of living.I know first hand because I’ve been in the medical field for over 20 years!...She exceeded my expectations and I am truly sad that she is leaving,The next provider who will be taking on her patients has big shoes to fill!...I Thank her from the bottom of my heart!..May she be Happy and Healthy on her journey and Future Endeavors!!??

Please don't pay that last review any attention. It sounds like that person is just throwing a tantrum like a 5 year old just because he/she didn't get what he/she wanted - either pain medications, benzos or antibiotics. It's so classic - I see it as a nurse all the time! Dr Valenzuela is my doctor and cares for my family. I couldn't be happier with her and I really appreciate that she is very conservative in her approach. She really has the patient's best interest at heart. I truly believe more doctors should be more strict with controlled substances and antibiotics and benzos - if the public would realize how over prescribing these medications is only harming our community. I highly recommend her. I had to see her last week and she was wonderful with my son AGAIN. He is autistic and she does such a great job with him - she is patient with him, takes her time putting him at ease before she does an exam on him (which is very difficult for him) and she is very thorough in her questions… and exam. She is also very smart - I had taken my son to urgent care a few days before we had to go back to see because he was still not getting better and she nailed it. She figured out what my son was suffering from. Again, i couldn't be happier with her. Thank you Dr Valenzuela.

Two questions into the exam she diagnosed me as having the flu. I told her I've had the flu before and this didn't feel like it, I felt like she had already moved onto the next patient in her mind and didn't want to hear me - it was a busy wait-room. I asked for a flu test, that came back negative, she told me that has only 30 accuracy and that she believes I have the flu because I felt weak. There have been plenty of times I've had URI's and I've felt weak, she was determined to diagnose me with the flu. I felt she was dismissive and even as she left she was talking to me as she walked out of the room and back to the desk. I wouldn't treat a patient like that, I waited for over an hour to see her.

Dr Valenzuela is my doctor and I am so glad I found her. I moved to the area from NYC and I loved my doctor in nyc. I went to see a few other doctors before I found Dr Valenzuela and I felt like they didn’t listen to me and my concerns like Dr Valenzuela did. She not only listened but came up with a plan to get to the bottom of my problem. I really feel like I am in good hands with her. I trust her skills and knowledge. Highly recommend her to my friends and family.

I am so glad I finally found a doctor that takes the time to listen. She didn’t rush me and she was very thorough with my medical history. My whole family and my kids come to see her and we love our doc! I highly recommend her.

I recently switched from the Crystal Run group. I couldnt be happier!
