Dr. Erik Waters Gunderson, MD

Saw him for obstetrical care he lied about being able to deliver babies at Maryvale and west valley hospital. Maryvale hospital closed their obstetrics department. Dr. Gunderson does not see patients at any other hospital!!! He got thrown out of those hospitals!!!! He's awful and he's a liar. Very bad bedside manner. Does not answer your questions.

Dr gundersun does not listen to his patients , I told this doctor i felt a lump in my throat and it blocked my air way at times and he ignored me so i went to a different doctor and i got a ultra sound and they found a cyst about 1 cm big ! This doctor is very incosiderate of patients feeings . He seeing me crying and pretended like he didd not see me and walked out the room . My lab results came back positive and none of dr gundersuns staff called me and let me know . I would not recomend this doctor to nobody .

My mother and I have been seeing Dr. Gunderson for a very long time (5 years for me, about 15 for my mom). He is very busy so we always have to make appointments about a week or two in advance. No matter what time of day, his office is always packed. Normally this would be a bad thing, but it just shows how great a doctor he is. He is very kind and respectful and I have no problems talking with him about any female problems. My mother has had tons of female OBGYNs and prefers him to all of them

I would recommend Dr. Gunderson to everyone. He shared his knowledge well on the diagnosis and answered all my questions. The wait time wasn't that bad.

The staff as well as Dr Gunderson's appearance is very unprofessional as well as grungy. The office is dirty and messy and looks very unorganized. I wouldn't trust the office staff with my personal and private healthcare information. Would't refer anyone friend or stranger to this office.
