A good man, smart intelligent, very caring doctor

Waited over an hour in waiting room passed appointment time.Once in the exam room waited another half hour. When reviewing medications charted, errors in chart of current medications No records in chart of two previous telephone conversations about serious health issue requiring medication. Very concerned about continuity and accuracy for my care . Bad communication among doctor, nurse practioner, and office staff. Office staff was unwilling to assist with checking insurance coverage and arrangiing a procedure that needed to be scheduled immediately. Did not receive follow up phone call about lab results that was promised by nurse practioner. When calling office myself, trying to get assistance with results from doctor and started on necessary medications after those results, I was told by staff at 5pm that the office was closed now, no doctor or nurse practioner could be reached, and there was no guarantee when rhe next day someone would be able to get back to me. TOTALLY… inexcusable behavior. ...unprofessional office, and potentially dangerous oractice.

Best Dr I've ever visited in my 71 years.
