Dr. Erik William Kreutzer, MD

Dr. Kreutzer takes time with me and always answers any questions. He is honest, sincere and comforting even when a serious ailment has occurred. Dr. Kreutzer and his staff brought together information for me. They arranged the needed tests and procedures and I then received the radiation treatments. Thank you Dr. Kreutzer and your professional and friendly staff. You made a difficult time in my life much easier to handle and now I am healed.

I have been seeing Dr. Kreutzer for 12 years now. My initial visit was prompted by repeated visits to allergists who could not diagnose or treat my symptoms. I was literally using a box of tissues per day and struggling to breathe well. Claritin, Allegra, etc were all just temporary fixes. Dr. Kreutzer was quick to identify nasal polyps and a deviated septum. Upon his recommendation, I underwent surgery to correct my problems. My quality of life has improved drastically since then. I breathe freely, go running, and almost never get sick. His staff is professional and have been with him for the duration. My periodic check-ups indicate that the procedure was successful, and I recommend him to anyone looking for high quality care.

After a year with another ENT, I found Dr Kreutzer and with his expertise he was able to get a solid diagnosis for my condition as well as help me on the road to recovery. He also was in contact with my other doctors to insure they understood what he had discovered during surgery and is still in communication with them. Listened and explained everything to me and is as determined as I am to see this through to my complete recovery.

Nothing less than perfect. After being referred to Dr. Kreutzer by my GP for a mass on my neck, Dr. Kreutzer and his team worked quickly and efficiently to gather all the data needed to provide an accurate diagnosis. Then, in the midst of the beginning of a pandemic, he was able to usher together all the many resources and procedures needed to quantify my condition so I could begin cancer treatment. The effort he and his team made to get me through the many tests and procedures and into treatment under the circumstances is nothing less than amazing. This can’t be understated. Dr. Kreutzer was the critical component to the accurate diagnoses and following treatment. His communication during the entire process was clear and to the point in a situation that had no room for beating around the bush. The conversations we had were not always easy, but they were clear and pointed. I very much appreciate that. I’m happy to say at this point I’m recovering well and owe that to the clarity… and efforts made by Dr. Kreutzer. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Kreutzer and his team at Colorado Ear, Nose and Throat Group.

Superb care, kept me informed through out entire procedure. Honest, down to earth communication, easy to relate to. Very concise in his evaluation. Couldn't recommend any higher !! Terrific surgeon.

Dr Kreutzer has a great combination of being knowledgeable and personable. My family has all seen him for a number of procedures and he has even consulted with other doctors and pushed for more specialized test on my daughter when other doctors could not figure out what was going on with her. I regularly turn to him for advise and treatment, because he is so well versed and will either help you himself or find another specialist if necessary. A great guy.

I spent my post operation exam in an emergency room with a doctor I have never heard of before. I was blocked by the office manager from having access to any alternates or other options. I was treated like a drug seeking hypochondriac and was told, by someone I found out is a Medical Assistant, that there is no way I would need so many pills. She has never seen anyone take so many pills and that "at this stage of your surgery, you will be past the point of needing further pain assistance" I went to the hospital immediately and that was how I met the surgeon that examined me. He gave me a big shot of torridol to help with the inflammation in my face (not a narcotic). Messages I left for my doctor went not returned. I am happy I got the surgery, but I am blatantly angry that the bookkeeper tried to play herself off as the expert in his absence. I am currently looking into actions through DORA (department of regulatory agencies), not against him, but against his staff

I had a very positive experience. Dr. Kruetzer ordered CT scan for me, and other tests to help my with my issue. He actually calls back himself to his patients , not his nurses . He is very knowledgable , and kind doctor.

Dr. Kreutzer has the brains and commitment to match his blue chip credentials.He not only figured out that I had TMD, but helped me get off the terrible concoction of medicine I had been given at Kaiser Permanente. This was after months of agony and time away from work. He is not a touchy-feely kind of guy, and some people might consider him to be brusque. He is actually very generous and a true scientist. He ought to be cloned !

Before you decide on an ENT doctor, you really need to do your homework. This doctor's office is very old fashioned it needs some (major) renovation. I wasn't very pleased with my appointment. Instead of taking the time to do a CT scan to see what was going on with me, I was told what I had and sent on my way. $65.00 later my own PCP ordered a CT scan for me, thank god someone actually did the right thing. It's unfortunate how we have to spend so much money and time on doctor's that really don't care.
