Erik Lee

Erik Lee is a UCSF-trained, board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP).

After providing medication management services for several years at high-volume settings, including an early psychosis clinic, a crisis clinic, and several inpatient dual diagnosis programs, Erik entered private practice in 2017 dedicated to making high-quality psychiatric care accessible to more people, and his private practice evolved into Celium Healthcare in 2021 with offices in Portland.

A seasoned and compassionate diagnostician and psychopharmacotherapist, Erik today provides personalized care for a select number of patients.

Erik completed a Post-Masters PMHNP program (graduating summa cum laude) at the University of California, San Francisco and completed his PMHNP residency at UCSF’s Langley Porter Psychiatric Institute’s Consultation-Liaison Services. Erik earned a Masters in Science degree in Nursing (also summa cum laude) from Samuel Merritt University, where he has served …as adjunct faculty.

Prior to becoming a PMHNP, Erik spent several years as a psychiatric registered nurse (RN) at the Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital’s Psychiatric Emergency Services (PES) and acute psychiatric and forensic inpatient units (7B, 7C, 7L), and the San Francisco VA Medical Center’s Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU).

Erik has received additional training at the Institute of Functional Medicine, the Neuroscience Education Institute, American Psychiatric Association, American Psychiatric Nurses Association, and has completed a holistic medicine professional mentorship with integrative psychiatrist Dr. Kayse Budd. Erik became a Certified Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy Provider (CPATP) in 2022.
