Five stars, One star, five stars one star. What does that tell you? The service from this clinic sucks. Leave a message, no call back. Try to make an appointment, sorry call back tomorrow. Call back tomorrow, no appointments available. Solution, go to urgent care after hours. Really? This clinic is marginal at best.

I have seen Dr. Russell for various issues and he is always very attentive, thorough, knowledgeable and kind. I feel very well taken care of with him as my PCP.

Guy is a jerk. Not a good listener. Burnt out. Obese

I agree with Angry and Confused, May 2018, I am very disappointed with Dr Russell's behavior. I was a patient of his for years, 1994 to 2013. In the beginning he was very attentive. I even got my senior mother to go to him. But, as the years went by he would ramble on about any subject other than medical and then would rush us through because of time. He seemed to get angry with my mother or I when asked regarding a particular diagnosis and would curtly reply, I can recommend another doctor. Personnally, I do not think I would go to a doctor that he recommends, they are probably of a like mind. Additionally, Dr Russell over medicates. I have had two (2) doctors take me off of a diabetic medicine, since in testing my numbers were within the norm. I would have written sooner, had I known this was available. DLK

Dr Russell seems to be confused and angry. He was curt and rude when I asked simple questions about my health. Go see someone else.

I didn't care for this doctor's manner. He was short and bad tempered and frankly seemed clueless. I'd recommend you see someone else.

New to this doc but I appreciate data based and thorough approach and that describes things well.

Dr Russell takes time to listen to you about your bodily complaints and tells you what he thinks is the problem then refers you to a specialist to confirm his diagnosis. After seeing the specialist he was correct. I like his bedside manner, he can be humorous. He's very intelligent and informative, I feel very comfortable with him as my doctor. It took a awhile to get my 1st visit with him but after I can usually get an appointment the next day if needed. He is a very sort after Doctor so it can that some time to get an appointment at some times. He is very through writing everything down in a precise manner for his records and give you a copy of what he wrote. I like that, you can refer to it later if you need.

I have been going to Dr Russell for several years now. He has been able to diagnose what has been wrong with me when other doctors haven't. He got all my problems straightened out and I am finally on an even keel. He orders tests to double check everything which I like and he will send me to a specialist if need be. He has ALWAYS answered any questions I have and listens to any concerns .I feel completly comfortable with him knowing he reallly cares about his patients.

Worst staff I have ever experienced. Can not get an appointment when sick and they have a recorder on for 25% of the day.
