Dr. Erik James Van Houten

To this day have never met a ruder PERSON than Dr. Van Houten. And he’s a doctor of all things. He treats his patients like garbage. First and only time I’ve ever walked out of a doctors appointment. I have chronic health issues so I see a lot of doctors; It’s true that not all doctors are helpful, but even the non-helpful ones are kind. I never expected to meet a doctor who is actually intentionally mean / rude. A doctor who intentionally tears down his patients is a shocking thing to experience.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Van Houten today as a new patient. He was wonderful taking time to”get to know me”, (his words) and going over my medical records. He was very thorough and very kind. I can’t tell you how happy I was leaving his office knowing, as a senior citizen, I had found a great doctor. His staff was kind and very helpful too. Yay!
