Erik Zenger is a clown and incompetent fool! I'm always skeptical of doctor reviews but a series of red flags at this place make it impossible not to warn others. This place is trying to make money first and foremost. I went for a skin check and multiple times was told my "insurance was really good" so I could book facials through them, they'd bill my insurance and all I had to pay was my copay. The nurse pushed this multiple times and I never asked about it or for it or anything at all. I was there for a skin check. They prescribed me a cream for hormonal acne and just said "see if this works". It had 0 refills and after 3 attempts (over the course of 2 wks with no response) to contact them as I was out they told me that I have to see the nurse every 3 months for ANY prescription refills. NO dermatologist I've been to in 25 yrs has had that policy across the board for drugs that don't have major risks or need to be taken for a limited time. This place will take you and your… insurance to the cleaners.

It's kind of an extreme procedure - being prepped in advance about things like how to take care yourself afterward should *absolutely* be standard practice. Bottom line: I finally found someone to put a little filler in my lips and the results are beautiful - exactly what I needed and was looking for - but my face is permanently discolored from the fraxeling. It's subtle enough that it's not worth suing anyone over but buyer beware: If you make an appointment with Dr. Zenger he will push you toward fraxeling no matter what you want because what he wants to do is fraxel lasering. he might not prep you for it, he might not tell you how to take care of yourself afterward, but boy will she ever fraxel you.

I deeply regret having done business with this place. I made an appointment with Dr. Erik in March because I wanted to get a little bit of filler in my lips (I naturally get lines on the vermillion border of my mouth and I wanted to fill them in) and he convinced me instead to get my entire face lasered with the fraxel. I'm not sure how I allowed myself to get upsold so dramatically with something that I was not looking for, but I didn't like the results and the whole experience was bizarre. I was given no forewarning or prep in terms of what the recovery period would be like, and I had no idea how to take care of myself afterward. I absolutely do not recommend Erik Zenger he is rude and disrespectful.

Erik Zenger is totally unprofessional and burned my lip with his laser. He was unapologetic about it and even laughed it off as it will heal. Three months later the scare is very visible and he has ghosted my calls. He is the worst and careless dermatologist.
