First pedi I've found where I felt comfortable and not completely rushed through my list of questions! So nice and knowledgeable.

A doctor who takes her time is good with our kids (and us), so glad we found her!

We really liked Dr Hales as new parents we were nervous at first but she was amazing and patient!! Great dr who teaches!

I recently saw Dr Hales for my 17 month old son, who had croup. He was sounding better by the time I got into see her (first apt of the day @8:00 a.m.) and I was doubting the need to bring him in just for a bad cold but she reassured me that he had croup and I did the right thing, and showed me what to watch for in order to ensure he doesn't decline and went over when to take him into urgent care or the e.r. if needed. She also went over possible side effects or the medication we put him on (steroids) and when to bring him back (if needed).

Excellent bedside manner, compassionate, genuinely invested in your child's health and wellness, very thorough. I couldn't ask for a better pediatrici ...

She's the only reason we kept kaiser insurance this year!

Finally a Dr that listens! From our first visit my kids and I have loved having Dr Hales as our pediatrician. She actually listened to my husband and I when we were concerned about our sons development. She helped us understand normal milestones and helped us get to the right specialists to finally find out what was going on. We were skeptical about Kaiser at first when our insurance changed but she really made the difference for us. The whole group of doctors in Alpharetta have been so wonderful and patient with us.

she's the best there is. she goes above and beyond the call of duty. friendly but professional also very attentive .
