I won't ever be taking my mom back to Erin Cain's office 1. Waited over an hour. Multiple people walked into room w/o masks 2. Didn't suggest meds for mom's Type 2 Diabetes 3. Made 2 referrals that were out of mom's insurance network 4. Phlebotomy Technician knew mom was allergic to latex but didn't have any latex-free gloves. What doctor's office doesn't have latex-free gloves? 5. Bathroom she had to use for urine sample was a CHILD'S toilet. Thank God there were handrails for my disabled mom to hold onto to lower herself onto toilet seat. 6. On February 27, 2023 mom got a call about her labs. They wanted mom to go back in another 2 weeks. Mom asked her if they'd have latex-free gloves by then. She said, “Hmmm, I guess I could order them.” Mom asked her, “What doctor's office doesn't carry latex-free gloves in this day and age? Guess their office doesn't. If they're cutting costs when it comes to patient care, gloves, etc. where else are they cutting costs? 7. VERY difficult to get… in-and-out of their office let alone their “bathroom” with a rollator walker. It's not an ADA office. 8. Jamie from Aurora office called WEEKS later.
