Dr. Erin Mckelvey Casey, MD

We love Dr. Casey! Our hearts sank when the nurse told us she had moved since somehow we didn't receive a good-bye letter like others. She was great with our daughter and helped us with all our questions and concerns. Our daughter doesn't like people forcing themselves on her. Dr. Casey took her time with her with each visit. She gradually made our daughter comfortable on each visit thus allowing our daughter to trust her enough to hold her and we love this about Dr. Casey. We never felt rushed on each visit and I really appreciate that. With concerns on our minds at each visit, the last thing we need was feeling rushed at an MD's visit. We love how she really addressed each fear or concern we had from breast feeding to showing us how to secure our baby into a car seat since I felt like it was too tight/too loose. In any case, we definitely miss her and wish her and her family well in her relocation. ( I gave 3 stars on promptness not because MD Casey was not prompt but that she… really took time with each child caring for them.....not to be meant negative. You just have to wait a bit and that was ok for us since we knew that she took her time in helping each little one.)

We started out with a highly recommended pedi, but I could never get a same day appointment when my daughter was sick. That was when we saw Dr. Casey. She spent time with us and explained everything in details. My daughter LOVED her, so she became our regular doctor. Even though I live in Austin and drive past numerous ARC clinics to get to Round Rock, it's worth it!!
