Erin Fisher, PT, DPT

As a mother of two boys, Erin understands and appreciates the importance of compassion and support to our children in the community. She acknowledges the benefits of allowing our children to thrive in their environment at an early age while simultaneously supporting the parents working through challenging times raising children. She graduated from Misericordia University with a Bachelor’s in Health Science and a Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy degree. She furthered her education at Shenandoah University to earn her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. She continues to work toward educating families on important topics in pediatric physical therapy and became a certified car seat technician in 2017 as well as certified in Interactive Metronome. As a former swim lesson instructor and collegiate athlete, Erin had an early passion for leading a healthy, active lifestyle and encouraging children to be active in their environments at a young age. Her drive to encourage health and …wellness in the community, led her to becoming a physical therapist with an emphasis in the pediatric population. Her passion for functional play-based therapy, drive her treatment approaches to include involving family and siblings to engage patients and allow them to reach their maximum potential. In her free time, she loves spending time for her 2 children and husband, who also shares a passion for physical therapy, in which they met in graduate school. Spending time with friends and family, camping, and trips to the beach are few of the many activities she enjoys outside of the workplace.
