After working with Lehigh Valley Health Network for almost 15 years, this is the very first negative review I am forced to give. Never have I had such a negative experience from a physician in the organization. After sitting in the exam room for more than 45 minutes, he blew in, took a quick look, never asked me why I came to him. Basically told me to see a psychiatrist. "We're done!" Compassion? Never saw it. Bedside manner? Non-existent. A piece of cattle gets treated better.

As a new patient I was given no physical exam, asked no questions and given absolutely no input to help my condition. He did hand me a sheet of exercises with no explanation. I had to ask him what other kind of exercise I Ishould do to help my back and sore muscles. He had his hand on the doorknob most of my visit and he absolutely could not be bothered answering questions. As he was walking away I asked him what I should do and he said come back next time for a shot if it bothers you. No explanation, no empathy and no interest in me.. pathetic!

Im in a lot pain And he tells me to go to the emergency room smh that’s a bad doctor I really ppl not recommend him

I have been going to Dr Krassen for about 7 years. He truly cares about his patients. He is one of the best Psysical Medicine Doctors in the area. I get injections in my back and his technique is painless and I get pain relief in a matter of 3 or 4 days. I would recommend him to anyone that has chronic pain. Staff is very pleasant . Wait time is not long . I travel quite a distance to be seen by Dr Krassen , I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

The doctor himself is not exactly sympathetic. For being in pain management and knowing his patients are in pain, he doesn’t have much empathy. The office is ridiculous to navigate. It takes days to get a call back about a problem. Again. Pain management. Patients do not want to wait days for an answer from their doctor. Would not recommend him or his office.

DR Krassen spends time with me when I go there. I never feel rushed. We talk about my options, he answers my questions. Great Doctor!

The best doctor experience I have ever encountered. Dr. Krassen is someone that is compassionate and caring and listens to his patients problems. Fantastic office environment and staff.

I saw 3 doctors prior to Dr. Krassen. He was very concerned and took his time with my diagnosis. He explained everything to me in detail. He has been treating me and I am doing 100% better. Would recommend him to my family and friends.

He really takes an interest in the patient and doesn't give up on them. He does want it takes to get the patient well.

Awesome person one who cares about the people he cares for. goes that extra mile. and he listens to what you have to say.
