She saw my husband and berated and scolded him the whole time. Made him wait 45 min in the waiting room and no one else was there! Prescribed medicine via computer to pharmacy but didn't give the amount, therefore he had to go through his primary Dr and that took a week!

Dr Madden was the last helpful physician I have seen in years. She had zero compassion and bedside manner, and the way she spoke to me made it clear that she didn't believe I was capable of following instructions or making educated decisions. She was an exacerbation to an already crummy situation, and I would rather wait longer to see a different doctor that is actually interested in helping their patient.

I saw Dr Erin Madden at the CSHP Urgent Care in Colorado Springs. I explained what was going on with me and she just cued in a few words and never heard the whole of what I was telling her. She told me I needed to eat 12 meals a day and drink a full gallon of water every day to combat my gluten sensitivity. She was curt and very unprofessional. I will remember her name and I will not be seeing her again. Please be aware of this physicians poor demeanor and save yourself the pain of being misunderstood as well as misguided.

She put my health at further risk while I was in the hospital by not listening to what I had to say, or even talking to me. I saw her for less than 2 minutes and then she changed all of my medication without talking to me about what she was doing.
