Dr. Erin Leslie Malone, MD

Dr. Malone is the best, she cares a lot about her patients, follow up and ask lots of key questions to ensure everything is ok, I been her patient for 5 years or so, I have nothing but gratitude towards her.

I would highly recommend Dr. Malone to anyone looking for a Dr. who will take an interest in their total health care. She is direct and all of her recommended solutions have improved my health dramatically. I feel fortunate to have found her and Lahey Clinic. My health and well being have benefited.

Dr. Malone has been my physician for the past 5 years and I have the utmost trust and confidence in her. Her bedside manner is great, she is easy going yet sensitive to my health concerns and I feel that she cares about me. She has been very diligent of thinking of my health, reminding me of needed tests and supplements. I would highly recommended her, and as a nurse for many years I have interfaced with a lot of doctors

As a nurse, I interact with MDs every day. In every visit with Dr Malone, she has taken as much time as needed and addressed any questions I have had. She has proactively made recommendations. She personally calls me when test results have been abnormal. The wait time in the office is not a reflection on her skills it is a reflection on the medical center. The bottom line is I trust her.

I am so disapointed in this doctor. I have been going to her for 17yrs, she still does not treat me like a 65 yr old person and shrugs off many questions. Why, Why I continue to go to her is beyond me. I have now been waiting 3 months for a test result.

I had to find a new doctor when my doctor left Lahy Clinic. I feel very fortunate to have chosen her as a PCP. She is knowledgeable. She address sensitive issues I.e. like being to fat!!! The physician who turns the blind eye, but makes you feel better is not who you wnat to be taking care of you.She collaborated with the patient to set goals. She also is personable and has a good sense of humor. Easy to talk to.

Dr. Malone does not have good "bedside manner". I had been seeing her for two years for my personal issues. The second year I had insurance issues so she chose to forgo blood test even-though I was willing to pay for the blood tests out of pocket. She knew from seeing me in the past that both of my biological parents have diabetes. At this appointment I reminded her of this fact. As far as I am concerned she took financial matters before my health matters. Due to this gross show of concern for preventive measures I am no longer her patient and I do NOT and will not recommend her to anyone

Too much emphasis on cost of services; poor diagnostic skills; unfamiliar with medical history; comes across as just going through the motions
