Dr. Erin Moore, MD

Spent more time looking at her computer than me, talks and moves fast, I didn't feel listened to, she just does her quick consult and moves on to the next. Would not recommend

IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME OR ARE A BUSY TECH PERSON WITH GOOD INSURANCE...BEWARE. I've seen Dr. Moore once prior to this appointment about a year ago. I distinctly recall having to wait 30min over my start time after being told to show up 20min early (Which I did.) I understand schedules fall apart. But my 2nd appointment started with their office giving me Dr. Moore's 2nd office location for my appointment which is about a mile away. So I immediately called the office and asked if I would still be seen if I showed up. Due to the error they were apologetic and ensured I would be seen. So I pay for parking again, go inside to the correct office. I'm told I'll be seen shortly. Then I'm told the Dr. is in a procedure and I can't be seen after I've sat for 30 minutes. I can't reconcile how the front desk would know she was in a procedure but ensured that I would be seen. I also waited 3 weeks for this appointment. As consolation they offered me an appointment 3 weeks out. One… thing is for sure, the front desk is totally devoid of any customer care or process and it's clearly seen in other reviews. I just don't know if it's a function of incompetence or willful ignorance in that cash money botox appointments take precedent over less ROI heavy appointment. If you're busy and value your time...steer clear of this place.

Front desk, office staff, and most of all provider are poor service professionals. She spent 2 minutes w me and the bill was hefty. I was very confused on what she gave me to use or how to use this.

Dr. Moore is excellent in every respect.
