Dr. Laurie Grace Jacobson, MD

This office cancelled my appointment less than one hour before the scheduled time. They then called me back ten minutes later to offer me a different appointment, twenty minutes from when they were now calling. I told them that I could be there in 20 minutes. They told me to hold while they confirmed. 5 minutes later they told me okay. I got to their office about 5 minutes late, then waited for 10 minutes while the staff got another patient checked out. They then sent me to their other office in a different part of the building, where I waited for 10 minutes while their staff was on the phone setting up other appointments. They then told me that I was late (mind you, as a result of waiting for their front desk staff), and checked with the doctor to see if she would see me. They came back and told me that they would "reschedule for another time that would be more convenient for me." Yes, more convenience for ME. To top things off, they gave me their scripted, passive conflict… avoidance statement of "we're sorry that this happened to you." No ownership whatsoever. So, I'm out 2 hours of time, and still have to find another doctor.

She is wonderful but only in Northgate on Mondays. Makes it a long wait to get an appt

Dr. Jacobson is just outstanding. Not only is she professional, capable, talented, and competent, but she is beautiful inside and out. I would never go to anyone else for the type of services she provides. If you receive care from her, you can consider yourself as one lucky patient.

Dr. Jacobson was wonderful. I was diagnosed with Skin Cancer and she did a mohs surgery. She and her staff were kind and kept me informed about each thing they were doing. I will continue to see Dr. Jacobson on a regular basis for skin checkups..
