Dr May was my OB and delivered both of our babies. Awesome bedside manner and follow-up. Really spends her time listening.

My overall experience was not that exceptional; first her beside manner was horrid. I went in for an annual appointment because we're TTC, yes I know my age (due to career we are starting a bit later) and already discussed risks prior to appt with my PCP. Well, did my exam someone left a voicemail about my results and they was told were abnormal. Of course I attempted to follow up and it seemed as though neither she would respond to my emails to discuss. It was a nightmare just trying to get someone to call me back about results, so I made an appt to come in to discuss since someone from her office left a voicemail. Well, when I arrived the whole appt she basically had the notion why did I even come in. Then she made a comment about my ethnicity (which was completely inaccurate and unprofessional) and her whole attitude was basically just deal with it. No treatment plan, no further instructions, wouldn't go into further details about my results. I work in the healthcare field and… this is by far one of the worst experiences I've had with a provider.

I love Dr. Schnackel. I wish she were also my primary physician! She is very easy to talk to and genuinely cares about her patients.

Dr. Schnackel does not seem to be very personable or very compassionate. She seems to lack the great qualities that the other doctors at Women Physicians have. Hopefully, as she gains more experience, she will seem more empathetic and compassionate.
