Dr. Erin Lean Schreier, DO

I'm always treated and greeted when I walk in the door. Dr Schreier always listens makes the time for you!!!! Its wonderful she listens to everything you say!!!!! Wonderful blessed to have her!!!!

I had heard wonderful things about Dr. Schrier so I went to make an appointment. I called to make an appointment. No one answered. Left a voicemail. Never got a call back. Tried again a week later, the staff was not friendly and seemed put off by having a new patient call. Despite boasting about same day appointments and fast availability on their facebook page, I couldn't get in for 3+ weeks and apparently, as a new patient you cannot be set up to see Dr. Schrier at your first visit. You have to be seen by a nurse practitioner. Then when I called to reschedule my appointment (3 days before my scheduled time), again, no one answered so I left a voicemail. Now I'm getting invoices for $50 for a missed appointment. I had really high hopes but unfortunately, super unprofessional and I don't recommend them.

Honestly, how does one get an appointment with her. I am an established patient and every time I call I am told to go to ER or see the NP. I basically want to see my Doctor. I've had some pneumonia and other respitory infections and I cannot get in to see my Doctor. Enough is Enough...it is time to get a Doctor who has time to see her patients. I never plan to be sick...neither to other people. But, when we are it doesn't call for the outrageous ER visit. Having a respitory infection does not call for a visit to the ER. I HATE the run around I get every time from the office staff...,most of the time they are cutting and rude...talk down to you and act like you are wasting their time. I simply cannot do it any longer. I truly hope that Dr Schreier will do something about this. I keep asking myself ...why do I have a Doctor that I basically can never get into see???

Dr. Schreier was very very listening and caring and all my concerns and this was all in just my first appointment. She took close to an hour to really listen to what my issues were and the best way to handle them. I love my other doctor but due to some circumstances I needed to switch to a new primary. I grew up around dr. Schreier husband's family and I knew I would feel comfortable going to her. I couldn't be more happy about my decision to change to her. Kudos to dr. Schreier

She listens and treats the problem. Instead of telling you how your suppose to feel, she listens to how you feel and acts on that.

She listened to me and helped me find out what was causing my stomach issues when other doctors did not.

She is a sweetie that cares about her patients

Love her, she is my trusted doctor. She is so very kind and sweet to me. Listens to all my concerns, addresses them all. Always makes me feel she is happy to take the time with me A++++++++++++

Great place. Very comfortable to be around staff.
