GOOD DOCTOR HAS TAKEN CARE OF MYSELF AND KIDS WOULD RECOMMEND HIGHLY

Horrible....if u don't have cash they won't see at all!!! I has to drive extra mile to use ATM..and I'm still waiting on 2 referrals it's been 7 weeks.....why???

I find Sharon Lakes Medical Associates disturbing. The office looks more like a prison than a health care facility. The bathroom floors are filthy and you can see photos online taken by other patients. Clearly, there is no interest taken in either of their two (2) offices. I called them because I had a terrible headache. It was determined that they no longer took my insurance. Ok, how much? The receptionist went to the back and got a quote from the doctor himself. She rambled off $75. It so happened my son was also going today for a suggested follow-up from the doctor (he always gets you to book a follow-up whether it's needed or not), which he quoted for $55. What doctor just makes up rates on the fly? Unheard of. Anyway, I took off work today to go for a throbbing headache and when I got there I was told, we don't take "Debit" cards. I asked if they could bill me? Nope. I was really confused, gas stations take debit cards and they would be credited their money instantly, what is the… issue? The issue is that there is a blatant disregard and disrespect for the patients that are primarily people of color. On one visit Dr. Alleyne asked me was the father in my children's lives? Excuse me, is the assumption that all black women with three kids husband-less? He could have easily seen "married" in my record but I don't think he bothered nor did he care. Dr. Alleyne is not interested in making a connection with his patients, other than "cash sales." On another occasion, I asked for a copy of a form that the receptionist was holding in her hand next to the copy machine, she told me Dr. Alleyne said I had to submit a request that took almost two weeks. The office was empty and she was standing next to the copy machine. Again, they have no interest in serving the patients, simply their own needs. It's hurtful and disappointing to see a person of color treat his own people with such low regard. Again, it's disturbing.

He is a very terrible! He is always giving my child unecessary medicine that he doesn't need! He is a fast talker! He don't care about what the patient has to say. He think he knows everything! I like taking my children to his wife because she is excellent! He referred my child somewhere and they couldn't find anything wrong with him! He doesn't care about none of his patients is just there for the money! Sad but True!

Will never recommended anyone to go there.
