I had an emergency while Ernest was out of town. My doctor and I weren't sure if it was a complication from a medication. Ernest did not return my call even though I called his receptionist twice within a week. He was suppose to be in the office on a Wednesday. His receptionist tried finding room to fit me in but called me and said there was no way to fit me because his schedule was completely full. I later heard from Ernest and he said I missed an appointment the day his receptionist told me his schedule was full. To make matters worse he didn't apologize for not calling me, did not apologize for anything for that matter and said I must have been distracted when I was told he had an opening. He also had the nerve to tell me that what I was experiencing was not an emergency. My dr seemed to think it was a crisis. He is a liar and is too distracted and busy to do a good job. Do not waste your time on him and his office.
