Dr. Ernest Zichal, DO

Never ever in my life time have I had a doctor say there is nothing I can do I do not have the expertise to handle your care. I have an Pseudoaneurysm is a hard place to get to but because he lacks the experience as do most of the staff he has let this aneurysm sit and grow bigger without saying a word that it had gotten bigger for the last year knowing if it ruptures I could die, had he told me this earlier I would have gotten a doctor that had the experience to do the surgery to correct this instead of waiting this long with now knowing at anytime it can rupture and cost me my life. I would not have thought nothing of him telling me up front that this had gotten bigger over a year ago which instead of placing me in the danger he has put me in today for waiting this long to tell me. Sadly none of the doctors with this practice have the experience to deal with this and had they recommended me to see outside help instead of putting me at greater risk for waiting so long to tell me… should be a red flag to anyone going to these doctors at this practice. Thanks to Zical I may not make it to the operating table because he decided not to tell me the truth and did not have the integrity to tell me I needed to contact someone with more experience since we have UVA and VCU with in a couple of hours drive who do have doctors on staff that can help. Would I recommend Zical or this practice not on your life.
