Does not have time to listen. Doesn’t look at patients medical conditions. Before selecting medications. As a result severe side effects can result. Does not call back . Lack of communication. Trying to get medication at pharmacy.

Have been to Dr. De la Torre for 5 years. He is extremely patient, kind, caring, and a great diagnostician. For the problems he cannot solve, he makes excellent references. Have been to many physicians in Brevard, and can attest to his excellent skills and kind approach. In addition, his nurse is the best!

I saw Dr. De La Torre for the first time today. He was excellent! He’s well-educated, took the time to listen to me, empathetic, and genuinely offered me the best plan of care. He makes you feel like a person instead of a patient number. I will continue to see him.

Does not follow up with patient, leaves you hanging and it took more than two weeks to have a phone call returned. Will never go back! The attitude of doctors these days is if they don't know what i s wrong...then you need anti-depressents because it must be in your head. Totally worthless!

I have been going to this doctor for three years and just love the care that he has given. There has been a problem in the practice and he is no longer there and I am trying to find where he is. I would have him treat me and my husband in a minute.

Dr. De la Torre has been my physician for the past two years and has always been outstanding. He is always very professional, thorough, and never seems hurried. I always refer people new to the area when in need of medical attention. While no one enjoys being ill, paying a visit to his office is always pleasant.

While Dr De Le Torre is a great doctor, he vanished without telling the patients the deal. I had tests scheduled by him and received a call that he is no longer at this location and to I date have not received As a patient, I am left in limbo without a word or a doctor for over a month and no feed back by Novant Medical Group as to where my doctor is. This is just wrong!!!
