I have been a patient or dr diaz- ordaz for years. He has preformed surgery on me and even personally called me at home to ask questions. I trust him completely. This bedside manner is wonderful. He truly listens to you and fully describes everything. He doesn't rush you at all. Wonderful dr.

Dr. Diaz Ordaz, Elaine, & Heather are incredible!!! They all went literally out of their way to see me every single day of my 15 day stay in the hospital!!! If not for their persistence I don't know what would have happened! I will forever be greatfull for all of them.

After 6 plus months of seeing another ENT specialist , Dr Dias-Reyes knew right away what I was dealing with and scheduled me for testing that confirmed his suspicions. I am now scheduled for a major surgery that should cure me. I am grateful to have found him and trust him completely to get me through this. He really cares.

Dr. Diaz Ordaz is a great guy. He understands what it is to reduce a patient's anxiety. After sharing with him all of my worries bestowed upon me by another "care provider", he immediately began walking me through the steps that I needed to take. He is not a pill pusher, yet will perscribe when he is sure of the type of bacteria and how to remedy it. He has a great sense of humor and is incredibly thorough yet gentle. I was referred by two other ENTS to him, and I see why. If I end up requiring surgery for this ear, he will be the only one I trust for my care. He specializes in ears, and if you live in WNY, he is well worth checking out.

wonderful doctor that listens to you. He is kind, compassionate, and takes his time with you. I started going to him years ago for a condition I have and hope he never retires, because I don't think I could find another doctor of his caliber.

If you can get to him he's a Great doctor. He's caring and spends adequate time with you. But getting through fort Knox to speak to him personally is all but impossible. Similarly, once you're in he is great, getting an appointment is another story. Have had all good outcomes however so I'd stay with him because the positive outweighs the negative.

Unless you have a typical problem stay away from him ! Very Poor doctor !!!!

It takes 2 months. Invariably, they call to reschedule and it takes another 2 months. I'm finding a new doctor. very, very unhappy.

This physician gets an A+++++ in caring for his patients. His office staff is extremely friendly and organized. Time waiting inthe office for an appointlment was negligible. He spent over an hour with me with absolutely no rush. offered answers to all my questions in a thorough respectful manner.
