Dr. Ernesto Jonathan Fitzgerald Graham, MD

I saw this provider for my entire pregnancy care. Every month I went in there I had a $250 copay that I was told goes toward my ending balance once I deliver. Nothing I paid in was reported to my insurance company. They always filed that they billed me $0. So at the end of my pregnancy the lady at the front that was collecting my copay for the day said "your copay will only be $30 since you've paid in a lot already". The medical billing company they use (Blue Sky Medical Billing) told me that because pregnancy is a long term condition they file it differently with the insurance company, at the end of the pregnancy when you deliver they then send a "big bill" to insurance and you pay the remainder from what you've paid in and your out of pocket. When I look at the charges on my account. It says that Doctor Graham did not bill anything to insurance. It says $0 billed. I have this in black and white proof on paper. I also have all my receipts and copies of my bank records where they… charged me. They have now blocked my phone number, even though they have no idea that this is an issue at hand. I've been trying to call them for over a week now and it just goes to an on call service. Call two seconds later from another number, and it rings through. My friend also went to this office for her prenatal care and they did the same thing to her. None of her copays went to her insurance either and they also have her number blocked. WHY?

I made my first visit to Dr. Graham a couple of weeks ago. As usual, I was a little apprehensive about seeing a male OBGYN. However, Dr. Graham made me feel so comfortable in his introduction, my apprehensiveness vanished completely. During the examination, he talked with me compassionately and took the time to . make sure I understood what he was talking about. He ensured me he would be sure to communicate with my referring physician concerning my case. I would recommend Dr. Graham to anyone who needs a OBGYN. I am glad he took me on as a patient. Doctor wasn't attentive, I was mostly seen by his intern? student? for $340. My situation was pretty serious but I left his office without any clear recommendations or directions and ended up at emergency room in life-threatening condition.

Please avoid this place omg they are butchers give biopsies to a woman when their not suppose too, very nasty unpleasant people. The nurses are welp need I say more hey if you got a buck or Medicaid your good.....Money is their game not the life of an unborn or their mother's sick place!

This is the worst OBGYN Dr. Around. Made me very and I say Very uncomfortable. Would not refer anyone to his office.

His professionalism and his staff attentiveness is the best. He is actually concerned with your issues and there to help come up the best solution. I love being a patient of Dr. Graham, and would recommend this doctor to anyone.

Dr. Ernesto Graham is bar none THE best OB/GYN . I've been going him for many years. He makes you feel like you are his only patient. I totally love this man. If anyone reading this is looking for a Dr.who honestly cares he is your man!

I have seen Dr. Graham for over 10 years. He was my gyn then he became my OB and delivered my first baby by c-section. He is a great doctor and cares about his patients.
