Dr. Ernesto Augusto Nunez-Muniz, MD

I have been knowing Dr Nunez for about 8 years, seems to be a good Dr, he hasn't treated my daughter personally. I spoke to him a couple of months ago about some staff issues and seemed caring and concerned about the issues just not sure if he was just telling me what I wanted to hear. I personally think he can't manage and or handle both clinics front of the house staff (window personnel) and back of the house (doctors) it's probably too much for him to handle. He should check and do follow ups on both sides front of the house and back of the house personnel. On another note: The phone system is getting worst day by day, the prompts to make the choices with the automated system doesn't work. I called numerous time to make an appointment but every time I press #2 choice to make an appointment it didn't work! It just didn't go anywhere it was just silence and that was every time I called then if I was lucky to get someone on the phone they would just put me on hold and… completely forget about me waiting on the line. I think the main issue with front of the house staff is that they have hired fresh out school teens without experience and manners, they are very rude. Their professionalism is soo poor to the point to make it impossible to make a same day appointment and treat you with such little respect. I wouldn't want to switch pediatricians after such a long time with Dr Nunez clinics but I don't see anything changing for the better anytime soon.

I've been knowing Dr Nunez for about 15-20 years! He was actually my own pediatrician in my early teens and I started taking my own children there. Everything has been great but for about the past 5 years he has hired "fresh out of school" teens that are so rude! I'm a medical assistant myself and have worked with Drs for 7 years....they're prefessionalism is so poor. They make it almost impossible to make a same day appt and treat you with such little respect. I'm sad to say that after such a long relationship I am switching Pediatricians!

I have had my grandson seeing Dr. Nunez for over 8 yrs now and he and his associates have always given excellant service would recommend him highly.
