Dr. Ernesto Santos Quinto, DO

It is so sad that in this time where people need the help of their doctors the most Dr. Ernesto Quinto has failed in every way. He and his office staff are unkind, uncaring, unhelpful, lacking in the most basic knowledge to help patients and just plain rude and dishonest. I am so glad that I was able to find a new doctor and be seen within one week of my horrendous experience with Dr. Ernesto Quinto. Good bye and good riddance.

Based on reviews, I called Dr. Quinto's office to make a new patient appointment. I was excited with the possibility of getting in to see him or his PA within a week as reviews said, as I had to get in asap. There was no answer, I left a vmm. Mark called me back. He said he would make an appointment but had question/s for me. The first thing he asked was, did I take anti-depressants? I said yes. He said Dr. Quinto did not prescribe anti-depressants. I said that was ok even as I thought "what?". At that point, instead of making an appointment, he said he would talk to the dr. and call me back. He did not. I gave it a couple days and called back. No answer again, which is not good for a PCP's office. Left a msg. for Mark, he never called back. So if you take anti-depressants, be warned: for some strange and weird reason, the dr. will not take you as a patient. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Quinto has many things to work on. He doesn't listen to patients, he rushes thru exams and barely touches you. I was having fevers and I asked for my temp to be taken and they could not even find a thermometer. I called to follow up on a referral several times and him and the receptionist made me feel weird. He has treated me like this in the past and I was reluctant to even be seen by his office and I was right. I feel like he thinks he is above me and doesn't have the time to talk or listen to me. The sad truth is they made me feel so weird it took me a year to come back to the office and I am diabetic and have other health problems, he kept me from coming in to seek medical treatment because of the way him and staff treated me...that is unacceptable. Dr. Quinto if you are reading this I'm not the only one who feels this way a matter of fact, I overheard other patients of yours that have the same complaints. Please change your bedside matter before you end up hurting… someone by not listening, I feel like you are not interested in being a doctor much less a good one. FYI I had a bad bacterial infection, If you would have taken my temp instead of rushing me out the door you would have caught it......

It is about the 4th week that I was referred to a specialist from his office and they are not capable of sending the correct form filled up adequately. If you can wait 1-3 months trying to schedule a first appointment with an specialist , this is your doctor.....

Medical assistant Terry is Awesome! He always goes above & beyond his call of duty. He promptly attends to any & all requests! Give him a raise! ; )

I was looking for a primary care doctor, and I found one. I really was impressed by the staff, the doctor and his caring attitude. He listened to what I had to say; gave me good information. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Fairly short wait times, easy to get appts, staff willing to call in prescriptions. The only real problems we've experienced is the mail-order pharmacy reporting that the dr's office didn't respond to their requests to renew prescriptions.
