Esmeralda Guerrero, NP

Esmeralda Guerrero graduated with a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Nursing at California State University, Long Beach, where she also completed the Family Nurse Practitioner Certification Program. She earned her undergraduate degree in Spanish at the University of California, Los Angeles.
Esmeralda enjoys empowering her patients to play an active role in maintaining their health and working with them to come up with realistic goals, while cheering them along the way. She previously worked in underserved communities where her passion for educating her patients about their medical conditions and her fluency in Spanish came in handy to help them understand why controlling their chronic health conditions played such a vital role in maintaining their wellness and helping them prevent avoidable complications.
In her free time, Esmeralda enjoys spending time with family and friends, swimming, walking, cooking/baking, reading, and listening to audiobooks.
