Dr. Bank is one of the Best Doctors in the Gainsville Va. I'm so very sorry that she will be leaving the end of September. I don't think that we have another doctor here like her.

Great in all area. She takes the time to speak with you on all your concerns and not act like she is in a rush to get rid of you.

I was a patient there for 6 months and I foundnher friendly and nice. However. If you have more than something basic she want to farm you out. We had a horrible family situation that sent me pretty far away. I explained as soon as I went I would be away until my 96 year old relative passed. I could not keep my appointment I called to say I would drive the 5 hours and come. I did not have a lab near me so because my blood was not drawn I was dismissed. I am trying to see if they will reconnsider. The office manager was vague said she would call back she did not. I am out of my mediications that control fluid in my body... they said they will not refill it... ER and walk in clinics will not fill it... My legs are seriously swollen and all they can say is sorry we dismissed you.. Do you want an office staff that is abrupt and somewhat rude... The doctor is very nice through and accurate.. it is the office policies and their unwillingness to listen and when it is merited give you a… chance t show this ine a one time situation.

I have been going here for a few years for routine checkups. She always takes the time to chat, she asks questions, and she's thorough in her exams. What I like best is that she's not a "dispense an Rx first" type physician, she instead focuses on lifestyle changes for health management.

It was very easy to get in with Dr. Bahk and wait don't has never been more than 15 minutes. However, I think if you are healthy and just needing a yearly check up Dr. Bahk is probably a good doctor. But, if you have any medical problems, she is NOT the doctor for you. Does not seem to have any knowledge on treating things other than the most basic. Huge disappointment.
