Dr. Clayton is amazing, she is so caring and her years of experience speak for themselves. We’ve seen her for our daughter as well as myself and are very satisfied with the care we’ve received.

Welcome to the Twilight Zone of Women’s Health Care When I arrived, the receptionist was neutrally polite. Not rude, but definitely not warm. It felt less like walking into a medical practice and more like checking into an airport security line. She couldn’t tell me how long I’d have to wait—which is always a great sign when you’ve cleared your schedule. Eventually (after what felt like a full zodiac cycle), I was brought into an exam room. There, I was asked the same questions multiple times. I’m not sure if this was a memory test, a prank, or just poor communication—but answering the same thing three times doesn’t inspire confidence. It just makes you wonder if anyone's actually paying attention. Then I was left alone in a freezing room for what felt like forever. No joke—it was so cold, I started wondering if cryotherapy was included in the visit. While waiting, I could clearly hear conversations from the next room. Turns out, the walls are about as soundproof as a shower… curtain. On top of that, I noticed private documents belonging to other patients just lying out in plain sight. Not exactly what you'd call “HIPAA compliant.” Eventually, someone came back and moved me to another room, where I was told to undress. Fun. While standing there half-naked, I received an email on my phone with a new appointment date—but no one came to talk to me. No explanation. No “sorry, we can’t see you today.” Nothing. Just silence. So after waiting over 80+ minutes, I got dressed and left without ever being treated or spoken to again. I’ve already contacted the office twice and replied to your automatic review emails. No response. I'm guessing this one will be ignored, too. But hey—at least my review won’t be left alone. Just like me in that icebox of a room.

I love this doctor, Dr Esther Clayton! She is such a caring woman and so sweet! She even cares about your family! I love the fact that I don't have to leave the house to have a doctor's appointment. Especially when I get sciatica and I can't really walk. :)

Doctor Clayton makes you feel so comfortable. I was there for a routine pap that I had not done in years and she was so gentle...

My visit went very smoothly. I really like Dr. Clayton. Have recommended my daughter to make an appointment with her.

Disrespectful of your time- always had to wait 1-2 hours in the waiting room. Dirty exam rooms. Avoid this one!

Dr 'Clayton is a doctor with compassion an helpfulness. I couldnt have a better doctor. The staff is friendly and helpful too.

I couldn’t of imagined a worse organized physician than this woman. I felt like a was a farm animal being examined. Didn’t have appropriate equipment; did not take a correct sample; over billed my insurance and as I was leaving never to return; Dr Clayton was issued a summons to appear in court (mal practice)

Dr Clayton is the one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen! She is patient,compassionate and is wonderful at being proactive!! Would follow her anywhere!!!!!!
