Dr. Estonna Patrese Wells-Jarrett, MD

This doctor is horrible. If you want to see anyone at this practice, please see Dr. Aldridge. Wells Jarrett is uncaring, cold, and has poor bedside manners. My son was seen for a head injury and she was the doctor on duty. As she listened to my sons lungs, she didn’t get up from the chair but rather slumped herself over as if she was exhausted. She stared at herself in the mirror the entire time and is quite pretentious. It’s shocking that she has patients. Don’t send your child to this woman.

From the time my daughter chose Dr. Wells-Jarrett as my grandson's pediatrician, We have experienced nothing but A-1care for my grandsons with genuine care and concern any parent would desire. The office atmosphere is always very pleasant and clean. She steps through the door with a beautiful bright smile, that my grandson relates to and responds to. She talks clear and distinct, yet not oratorical, nor over your head. She communicates with the baby's caregivers and interacts with him, while simultaneously doctors on him and checks his various responses. She never cease to take time to discuss any health concerns we are having with him. She thoroughly explains all medical advice she gives. Always timely with any medical paperwork needed in daycare. I am thankful that his parents chose Dr. Jarrett-Wells and highly reccomend her to anyone who is looking for an efficient, highly-informed, well-educated, affordable and caring doctor.

Dr.Estonna is Great at what she does and telling me exactly what is going on with my child. She is hilarious and makes my child laugh. She also covers everything we need. Thank you Dr.Estonna.

Dr. W.J. has been my teenage daughters' doc for over 4 years. She is kind, intelligent, sensitive and great with my daughters. Her knowledge is thorough and her application of that knowledge always on point. I couldn't ask for a better doctor !

Rude and very poor bedside manner. I do not recommend this doc.

Outstanding doctor for my teenage daughters. Caring, compassionate, listens well, extremely knowledgeable. Acted as if she had all the time in the world. My daughters love her!

My son has been a patient of Dr Wells-Jarrett for one year (since birth). I think she has a great bedside manner. She answers all of my and my husband's questions, and we have had many of them being first time parents. She has never made us feel like our questions/concerns were ridiculous or unwarranted. I have always been able to get an appointment the sane day. Being in the healthcare field myself, I understand the wait time is sometimes a little long.

I have been a nurse in pediatric offices for 15 years and in defense of this pediatrician I will say that that experience is very typical. Most pediatric offices do not apply casts and do refer patients to the ER after a diagnosis of a fracture is made. Sometimes the orthopedist you could have been referred to cannot fit another patient into their schedule and a fracture CAN be an emergency that would then require ER. The fact that the ER repeated the xray suggests that the first facility did not electronically transfer the image to the ER and the ER doctor needed to see for himself what was going on. Dr Wells would have had nothing to do with that. There is a lot of protocol, restrictions, scheduling restraints, etc that goes on with these visits that patients sometimes, understandably, don't realize.

She is a very rude person. Don't waste your time with this doctor. Her bedside manner is horrible. I do not believe that she likes children. I have no idea why she is a pediatrician. The other issue is that the wait time in this office is always long. I have since found another pediatrician that I love.
