Dr. Ethan Ezra Ittner, DO

My son was first diagnosed through Therapeutic solutions as having bipolar, with Ethan ittner being his dr. While Ethan is a pleasant person, he know zero about bipolar. My son quit the medication and he was starting to go into a manic phase, I took him back to Ittner who shrugged it off. He had a lot of influence over my son, so instead of encouraging him to take his meds, he said he didn't see any signs of mania. My son was talking fast, and had he made any notes on his patient, he would have been aware that my son was normally quiet and reserved. He was exhibiting the same mania he had when he first was diagnosed. Luckily this was more of a hypo mania episode. I just know if Ethan would have taken my son seriously when I had brought him in, he could have worked with him on medication. Now my son is on nothing and is struggling through life as bipolar patients do when they don't take meds.
