Not pleased with 6 years working with the Dr. originally, yes but cost too much correcting errors

Botox here is offered as a service per area - they say if you need more to come in and it wont cost, as you paid upfront for it. Missy did a great job, but was conservative and I needed a lot more than the $600 I paid upfront covered. I scheduled an appointment 2 weeks following my initial Botox and they called back to cancel. I rescheduled two times the same week, went in, sat in the lobby over 30 minutes before I had to leave before seeing Missy to get back to work. I have gone many other places in DSM that charge per unit ( which is much cheaper in my case) but wanted to try this location as it is right by work and I thought it would be easy to do over an hour break. Missy is great at administering the botox evenly but they are not concerned with your time, and if you have already paid for the service they are not too eager to get you back in for your "Free touch up" Just go to a derm office that charges by the unit and has a quicker patient flow during the day.

mmmm all I can say is that one simple surgery turned into 6 plus surgeries and many hospital stays because of Dr. Cherney's errors. NOT GOOD and still working on reconstructing ! Sad sad story!

All i have done is my consultation and scheduling so far. My surgery is not until August. I will review again at that time. When I arrived at my consultation the staff was very very nice. Me and my husband had to bring our baby and they played with her the whole time to keep her occupied while we scheduled. My nurse was really nice. Dr Cherny was really nice. He doesn't really make eye contact but that's ok. They let me take as long as I wanted there. I never felt rushed during my consultation. It's a very home-like atmosphere. Comfy.

I had an upper bleph or eye lid lift done by Dr. Cherny and I couldn't be more happy with the results. Dr. Cherny was very patient and answered all of my questions. The procedure went smoothly and the follow up care was excellent. I would recommend Dr. Cherny to all of my family and friends. I couldn't be more pleased!

Last week I had my second experience with Dr. Cherny and his staff. I met with Dr. Cherny for a Breast Augmentation, and it was an excellent experience. Dr. Cherny explained every step of the way to me, he informed me what my best options were, and I even had the opportunity to try various samples on. His head nurse Brenda was so helpful and so much fun to work with. I can hardly wait until my surgery date arrives. This was certainly an awesome experience with this clinic, I would definitely recommend Dr. Cherny and Heartland Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery to anyone.
