Dr. Eugene R Delucia III, DO

Dr Delucia is an excellent doctor. He looks at your health as a whole and he is honest. He genuinely cares about his patience. I use to have severe depression and with his help i was able to get off the prescription medications and take a  holistic approach that save my life. I am happy with Dr Delucia and he is the best doctor and person ive ever met.

He is regular doctor with a holistic approach. Doc made me look good and feel better . I highly recommend him.

He, is a quack tried pushing useless pills a number of times.As cheep as a cup of coffie? were AT Starbucks$$$ .Could not refills called in ? MOVED and did not bother to let me know

Dr. Delucia has been my Dr. for many years his office recently stopped taking my insurance, his office staff could have told me before my appt. then they had an attitude with me and was told that I wasn't welcome back. He needs to get a new office manager, at least that who she said she was, she is very rude . I like Dr Delucia and would still be going there if he excepted my insurance .

Expect every single call to this office to be immediately put on hold - indefinitely. Dr. D. is involved in a multi-level Co. which he tries to sign up every patient for pills priced at $50.00 for an obligatory, ongoing monthly supply. Doc says his whole family, friends and many of his patients take it and heâ??s seen â??wondersâ?? from its use. â??Like what?â?? â??Well, itâ??s different w/each prsn.â?? â??What are the ingredients?â?? He said he didnâ??t know. After years of use (AND recommendations), you still donâ??t know (FIVE) ingredients? Found out what was in it and realized Iâ??d already bought a similar equation from Amazon! (Never re-bought bcs they didnâ??t do squat.) Also, Doc told me I needed 3-4 procedures at a lab, plus blood work and the â??lab would call for the appt. timeâ??, (which never happened). This office never sent my paperwork to the labs and the Doc never checked if anything was even done. Five months later my Ins. Co. required check upâ??s as to… my health and thatâ??s when this doctorâ??s office â??called meâ?? to come in. Once there, Dr. D. didnâ??t even realize or mention anything about prior tests or results from 5 mo. previous (that were never done). It was completely obvious that he didnâ??t even READ his own notes about me never being tested, nor did his assistant who was working the computer right next to him. The Doc is nice, but do I trust him? Not on your life. If this Doc was a professional - AND cared, he would run a tight ship instead of a sloppy, hap-hazard office with no follow up in sight. Iâ??ve owned three businesses and I was always keenly aware, by choice, of my customerâ??s needs and how my employees treated them.

Love Dr. D, but the wait time in his office is way too long.

This is a horrible doctor's office. They never preformed the requested tests on the blood I had drawn, after I had to spend another day driving to the lab to get it drawn. I was never seen by the doctor, only by a nurse that had no idea what she was doing and seemed confused that I wanted to see the results from the tests that were requested....which was the whole point of my visit and the several phone calls I made to get my results. NEVER GO TO THIS DOCTOR!!!!!!

Dr. De Lucia is great. He explains things on a level that you can understand. He works towards health diet and exercise with less medications. The office staff sucks. I left him once because of it and once through the last series of treatment I am receiving, I will be looking for another doctor because his office staff is so incompetent.

Dr.Delucia is NOT the problem. It is his Front Office Staff. They will answer the phone after approximately 30 rings then immediately tell you to hold, only to disconnect you. Then once you do get to speak to them, after you have had to call back, they are incredibly unprofessional and rude. They often do not do what they say they will do, and don't seem to care either. It is unfortunate as I have always been happy with Dr. Delucia, and the care provided. If I did not have to deal with his front office staff I would not have left him as my physician.
