I have nothing but praise for Dr. Gene who I have been seeing for a decade. A kind and caring individual who correctly diagnosed a medical problem I was having when other "experts" were recommending amputation. Therapeutic vitamins and changes in medication solved the issues and I healed completely. Thank you Dr. Gene.

Doctor Eisman was probably a great doctor when he was younger. He seems good, a little forgetful but nearing retirement. However the real problem with his office are the idiots they have working the desk. Not only are they rude & disrespectful but they are also inefficient. They mix up your appointments and when you show up, guess what, there's no appt. and when you don't show (because you didn't have an appt.) they charge you for a missed appointment. BEWARE, find another doctor's office that actually cares about the patients. I read the reviews before scheduling and should have paid more attention to the complaints about the staff. I had to learn the hard way. I thought these were just disgruntled people who were angry about something but they were right! Medical offices should learn that it's not just how good the doctor is, it's the total package...the doctors, the nurses, the PA's AND the staff. If one thing is out of whack, then the whole experience can be horrible!
