Dr. Eugene Frank Gulish, MD

I went to see Dr. Gulish at the McKenzie office. Dr. Gulish was the ONLY redeeming quality of the entire day. The office staff were rude, including the nurse, receptionists (especially her) and especially the radiology counter where you check in for x-rays. I mean they were really rude and it took them forever. Just to schedule an MRI was an ordeal. They had no idea what days Dr. Gulish was even in the office… and they work 5 feet from him. They expected people with injuries to stand at a counter for an hour answering questions. Very inefficient. Dr. Gulish’s entire staff seemed unqualified to work at McDonalds. I am afraid to have the surgery, based on the total unprofessionalism and rudeness of his his entire staff, even the radiologists. I will probably go to another doctor for those reasons, which will take more time away from work and cost me extra money.

I have been a patient since 2002 and love Dr. Gulish. He is great and takes the time for you to understand whats going on. I had problems with his staff in the past. I rather not go into the problem needless to say, I do not have to see that person. Dr. Gulish is a great doctor and surgeron. If you have to see a ortherpedic surgeon, he is a good one.
