Dr. Eugene Hiroshi Kamemoto, MD

The most UNfriendly and cold staff I have ever encountered. They wouldn't let me leave the office until they forced me to make a follow up appointment even though I told them I would call them back because I had to check my calendar. Doctor mumbles, is hard to understand, and is also very unfriendly.

For several years was treated by Dr. Kamemoto, trusting his advice, taking prescribed medication. In the long run, my digestive system was ruined so having unending problems. Staff is very cold and unhelpful.

I waited an average more than an hour to see this doctor. Then he spent 10 minutes with me. He sends you for multiple tests and then does not review the results with you. His staff is very rude and totally disregards you even if you have been waiting an hour.

All three times waited more than 1-1/2 hours. Dr kamemoto only spent 5 minutes with me. Waste of my time and money!

Dr. K is not the most dynamic person or the most talkative. He does good colonoscopies, I guess, because I only had one done. But, he cut my esophagus several times so the opening was larger. Put me on medication but I stopped taking it since I didn't see any use for it as I was not having symptoms of acid reflux. His staff need to be more friendly. And, the waiting room is cold and no personality. Having funeral music would be a positive step in the right direction.
