Dr. Eugene Harrell Mccoskey, DO

I made a switch to Dr. Mccoskey over a year ago and still haven’t received any supplies for my a cpap. I’ve called a three different occasions, talking to, so called management and the person to orders supplies, never have they once contacted me.

I have attempted to get a new prescription mailed to me for nearly a month. I have been told that it would be taken care or that " it was placed in the mail." Phone calls to office manager have not been returned. I even wrote a PERSONAL letter to Dr Mccoskey and it was never acknowledged. What is a patient to do when a doctor and his staff make no effort to provide care????

having ILD I chose this doctor for my lung issue. I went to his office on 3 occassions I even had minor proceedure where I had to be put asleep. as of this day I ever NEVER seen this doctor. Just PA's. Intersitiual Lung disease should be worth him sticking his head in the door at lease once. It the old cattle in/cattle out approach. NO thank you.

This office is very poorly managed.......appointments are not booked correctly and the wait time is at least an hour. The last visit there was an appointment scheduled for a friday afternoon at 4PM, after they called on Tuesday and said my appt. was on Tuesday (i had my appt card which was for Friday), drove 30 minutes to appt and after waiting until almost 6 I walked out, never to return again.
