I have the misfortune of being a current, soon to be former patient of this so-called doctor. I have serious, verifiable health issues, and this guy treats me like I’m garbage. It is extremely difficult to deal with this level of incompetence from both doctor and staff. I am preparing multiple complaints to multiple state and federal agencies. Please listen, do not go to this “doctor.” I don’t know if there is a worse doctor in Northern California, but I’m guessing it would be difficult to find.

doctor doesn't listen. robotic. seems unqualified to see patients. not sure how this guy got an MD

Dr. Eugene McMillan does not return phone calls nor does he professionally interact with patients--he seems to demonstrate his behavior from an emotional standpoint and that is troubling to me. Terrible customer service.

Very disorganized office, assistant messed up my prescription then went on vacation - then the doctor did the same thing. Had the nerve to be confused about why I refused to come back or give a recommendation.

They flubbed my prescriptions, flubbed my exams - now won't give me my records.

TERRIBLE STAFFERS WOULD NOT GIVE ME THERE NAME ON THE PHONE WHEN I CALLED. STAFF PERSON LIED ABOUT TAKING AN APPOINTMENT, TELLING ME SHE DIDN'T DO IT WHEN SHE IS THE ONLY ONE THERE. THAT IS FILIPINO WITH A SHARP ACCENT. AND THEN DISHONORING IT WHEN I SHOWED UP. THE HEARTLESS DOCTOR WOULD NOT SEE NOR SPEAK WITH ME. NOR EXPLAIN TO ME WHY THEY WOULD MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR ME AND NOT ALLOW ME TO GO THROUGH WITH IT. I NEEDED A PRESCRIPTION REFILL OR I WOULD GET VERY ILL AND THEY LEFT ME HIGH AND DRY THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT PATIENTS OR HEALTH OR HUMAN BEINGS. DON'T EVER GO HERE. THIS PLACE IS SUPPOSEDLY MY CARE GIVER MY HEALTH PROFESSIONAL BUT THEY ARE INSENSITIVE UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE.
