I went to him after a surgical procedure I had had that morning on my back opened up and was seriously bleeding. His injection of the lidocaine was painless! Not what I had experienced when the surgery was performed. His greater experience was apparent, and greatly appreciated.

This is definitely the absolute worst place to ever go to. Horrible service, even worse patient care!!Save your money, and go anywhere else!!! If you have an appointment, you have to wait while they take walk ins before you. So they won't go somewhere else. But the figure you'll wait. I wish there was a zero rating.

Dr. Ostrovsky saw my finger in the ER. I had a detached tendon that needed immediate surgery. I told him that my finger felt empty, that it was numb. It was strangely white. It was completely unresponsive when I tried to bend it. What I had was not uncommon. It's called Jersey Finger and it happens when you grab onto fabric like I did. He wrote it up as a sprain and told me to wait and see what happened. With that misdiagnosis he STOPPED me from getting the help I needed. When I realized that his misdiagnosis cost me the full function of my finger I made a complaint and asked that he contact me. He was completely unresponsive and has never spoken to me or answered my complaint.
