Dr. Eugene Yo Jen Sun, MD

Dr. Sun is a very knowledgeable and professional doctor. However, his staff (receptionist, etc.) are certainly not professional, caring, forgetful, give wrong information, lose faxes and sometimes rude. I do not understand why Dr. Sun allows such job performance from his staff. Mt rating is because of his unprofessional staff, not Dr. Sun.

Two consecutive appointments were cancelled snd no one has called us back to reschedule. The office staff is very unconcerned about patients, and very unhelpful. Dr. Sun listens and spends time with the patient.

Dr. Sun actually listens to the client regarding symptoms, the effects of medications, and input into treatment. He takes time to actually talk, and asks insightful questions (and actually pays attention to the answers), and makes therapeutic suggestions equal to those of any therapist I've worked with. He does not push meds, but is willing to utilize any available for the client's recovery.
