I had a back surgery in April 2025 that left me in excruciating pain. I found Dr Evan Packer , he did my surgery April 2026. I feel like a new person. Dr Packer is an outstanding Neurosurgeon . I have my life back. I am walking two miles a day. I highly recommend Dr. Packer. if you have back issues /I don't want to forget his PA she is wonderful and also the office staff very friendly and efficient

Great experience. From the moment I walked into the office I was greeted by the front desk. When put into the examining room Dr Parker's assistant loaded my MRI then the PA came in and explained the MRI and answered questions. Then Dr Parker came in and pointed out from the MRI issues that needed to be addressed. There were two discs that were hitting the nerves that needed to be addressed there were two lower ones that didn't need immediate attention unless I wanted it taken care of at that same time he explained the whole procedure and the surgery going in through the front of the neck and did not need to go into the back because he showed me exactly on the MRI where my issues were. He would replace disc and put spaces in when I asked him if they were plastic he said no they are metal cuz they adhere to the Bone better. It was definitely so reassuring and refreshing to see a doctor explain exactly what was going to be done and what would be involved. Any question you have he takes… the time to answer makes you definitely feel at ease I know any kind of surgery on the spine is involved but if you have surgical problems it is so refreshing to see this doctor he will definitely put your mind at ease he also explained that my surgery is not something that needs attention right away but also told me that it could get worse as time develops He's thete to answer any questions. I also looked into certain tools that are used& he explained that also. before you think about any kind of spine surgery go consult him he is honest and upfront and tells you just the way it is &answers any questions you may have and you walk away very knowledgeable and definitely more at ease with any kind of spinal surgery highly recommend Dr Evan Packer He is Definitely Refreshing & Professional

My visit to Dr. Packer was wonderful. The women behind the desk were friendly and helpful. Before I knew it I was back in an exam room and Dr. packer came in shortly thereafter. He was extremely nice, caring, and listened thoughtfully, while I explained my problem. He then went on to explain in terms that I could understand exactly what my problem was, and what he could do to help take away the pain. His surgical coordinator was so sweet and kind and explained everything to me that had to be done prior to surgery. I would definitely recommend Dr. Packer to anyone who is looking for a kind, compassionate, and extremely capable doctor.

I am a physician and was very cautious in choosing my surgeon. I was suffering from leg numbness and weakness from a long history of severe lumbar spinal stenosis. I knew of Dr. Packers outstanding reputation from the local medical community. At the first consultation, I was very comfortable with his bedside demeanor. He was conservative with his surgical plan and made me feel comfortable with his confidence of being able to achieve a good result. The surgery went well and the post op coarse even better. I am now 8 weeks post op and able to walk 3 miles per day without any leg numbness or weakness. His entire office and hospital staff were extremely helpful and gave excellent pre and postoperative care.
