I would give zero star if possible. Scheduled an appointment for my son 3 MONTHS AGO back in October, because everyone kept saying the Doctor is so good worth waiting. Waited 3 months, called to confirm our appointment on Jan 14th and get an address ( and I believe that what office was supposed to do not a patient). Took my 7 months old out with a severe weather condition and snowstorm , left home more than 2 hours to make sure we are not stuck at snowstorm and on time. Got to the Doctor office just to find out THE OFFICE IS CLOSED DUE TO THE HOLIDAY. THATS ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Noone called us to cancel an appointment, no messages, nothing! We called the office, got to after hours line and noone even apologized. They were like “Call tomorrow”. Call tomorrow? I was driving with my 7 months old in snow storm just to get “Call tomorrow “?! Are you guys nuts? Wondering if I would have to reschedule my son appointment in another 3 months? When we have a time sensitive condition and… were referred to this Dr like to one of the best in this field. Then regardless the professionalism of the Doctor, the front desk and communication with the patient is half of the success!! Absolutely terrible experience.

Great specialist! A doctor I trust! Saved my son's life. Everything she said was right. Fast and correct diagnosis. Best bedside manner we have ever received! Really lucky we were referred to her! We wish her the very best! We need doctors like her!
