the rude nurse KIA /TIFFANY rude RUDE RUDE!! No kind of home training, would not give me her name but she needs training ON HOW TO DEAL WITH PEOPLE WHO ARE GOING THROUGH A LIFE CHANGING EXSPINCE ! IF THE SHOE WAS ON THE OTHER FOOT SHE WOULD WANT BE TO BE AT LEAST KIND TO THEM ON THE PHONE. THANKS TO MIKE FOR HELPING ME AFTER SHE TRANSFERRED ME BECAUSE MIKE HAS TRAINING ON HOW TO DEAL WITH WITH WHO SON JUST BECAME PARALIZED . SHAME ON YOU KIS OR TIFFANY YOU WOULDNT EVEN GIVE ME YOUR NAME YOU JUST SAID I DONT GOT TIME FOR THIS.. I OCALLED OVER A MONTH AGO ITS NOT LIKE IM CALLING EVERY WEEK , LIKE THE INSURANCE TOLD ME TO .ITS IN GODS HANDS NOW IF THE DR EXCEPTS HIM. DR EVERTON A EDMONDSON I HOPE YOU CAN MAKE ROOM AND TIME FOR MY SON. ITS BEEN 7 MONTHS HES BEEN REJECTED. IM SURE THE NURSE IS NOT A RELFLECTION OF YOU OR BAYLOR TEXAS OF MEDCINE GOD BLESS AND KIA KARMA IS REAL!!!!

Don't waste your time and money seeing this doctor. He does not return phone calls or messages in fact it would take an act of God for him to actually call you! If a pharmacist questions his scripts he won't respond to their questions and just lays down and you don't get your meds. He's suppose to be his patients advocate but he just lays letting your script, which is the reason you went to see him in the first place, lapse. Typical lazy, apathetic doctor.

Difficult to reach, condescending, contradictory from one appointment to the next!, This man simply DOES NOT CARE.. He is anti-opioid....if you expect an open minded and individualized approach THIS ISN'T YOUR GUY!

Very professional, well educated doctor. Certainly an elite specialist in his field.

Do due unlucky medicine situations for me, I had to go to another pain doctor. Which I am not pleased with. I am having all kinds of trouble get my oral medications filled; waiting times are 3 to 4 times longer; staff is not near as friendly; and you never know who is going to fill your medication pump (PA or Doctor). I would love to go back to Dr. E. I miss him and everyone there. Now worry more about my health. If you are a patient beg to stay there. Do not leave him.

Dr Edmonson is a rare breed of the best a practitioner can be--knowledge, competence, character, common sense, great clinical judgment, and compassion for the patient's plight. He is "top notch."

Dr Edmendson came highly recommended, but his staff insulated him from any meaningful contact and a Doctor can be no better than those who represent him. Dr E seemed quite competent in the office, but his staff was simply terrible. This has to be the worst non government office I have ever had to deal with. It required three calls to get the staff to provide the preliminary paperwork and that was just the start of a very disappointing experience. At the office, the receptionist barely recognized my presence and the PA was no help at all in working with me to deal with medicare. When I would call I would be placed on hold and forgotten. I provided information about the prescription to the staff twice and the info was lost both times. When I called back the staff could not remember my name or why I was calling. I finally gave up trying to deal with them. My surgeon's PA attempted to contact them on my behalf and Dr E's staff did not return the call. I do not think they could… organize a two car funeral procession if the cemetery were at the opposite end of the parking lot from the church.

My overall view of Dr. Edmondson is is the best there is for speciality he is in. I would recomment him to any and all people with any type of pain problems or even cancer. If it was not for him, I don't think I would be here today. Some of his staff needs to learn to follow through with what they say and do. If you tell someone they will call you back, then DO IT. If there is a problem with medications, then FIX IT. I understand the Dr. E. has to approve all med.'s, but make sure it is done. Don't leave the patient in limbo. The office that has the knowledge to follow through with their jobs are Kenya (hope it is spelled right), E. A. Edmondson, Jr. and Mrs. Edmondson. If Dr. Edmondson does not know something then he will call in for assistance, or if the patient needs surgery, then he finds the best one. I praise him for that.The only other things I can say about Dr. Edmondson's practice is, "It is "GOD SENT" and I Love Them All.

Doctor Edmondson and family are genuinely concerned with the well being of each person whom chooses them as their health care provider. In the past four years, that Dr. Edmondson has taken care of me, he has gone above and beyond the call of duty to ensure my health and wellness. During one of my hospital stays, Dr. Edmondson, was kind enough, to listen to many concerns that my wife had, that were unrelated to my hospital stay. We cannot say enough about the kindness and concern that is exuded by Dr. Edmondon and family. Thank you for taking care of us.

Dr. Edmondson has a keen sense of ALL the aspects of pain including psychological and physiological. He is direct, informative and extremely respectful. The office runs like a Swiss Watch, never a problem, in billing, appointments, or procedures. Dr. Edmondson has created an environment contradictory to the charade Pain Clinics, and sham clinics we see on television.
