Eyal Muscal

Our experience with Dr. Muscal was quite frustrating. After being on methotrexate and having my daughter suffer from methotrexate toxicity for almost two years, he never took her off the medication nor discussed other options with us. It took us transferring to dell children's hospital to receive the proper treatment for her. As much as the drug was treating her arthritis, she suffered daily due to the damage the methotrexate was causing. After calling almost on a daily basis, he never expressed concerns for her side effects. Even after she was tested and the damage done to her body was physically seen, he never once suggested trying other medications and my daughter continued to suffer. Now it is 5 years later, and she still suffers greatly from the trauma and her body is still continuously trying to heal. I cannot wish this doctor to treat anyone else's child, I would recommend another physician at Texas Children's or going to Dell Children's Hospital for treatment.
