This is the second time I have seen Dr. Kaplan for issues with my hand.Very friendly and listened to all my concerns. Gave me several options going forward with my hand issue and was willing to help in anyway I was comfortable. Very easy to make an appointment and the staff at the Avon location were very nice.

Dr Kaplen always explains things to me really well. He is a very good surgeon and I respect him as a doctor for taking his time to explain things to me.

I'm very pleased with the care and support I get from my visits and procedures that I have received from Dr. Kaplan. It’s no nonsense mater of fact information that I need and appreciate. I've put my trust and care in his hands more than once and haven't been disappointed.

Dr. Kaplan and his team are exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. He is always pleasant and friendly. He listens to me and does a great job of examining the situation. He has been treating me for several years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. It’s easy to get an appointment when I need one. The OT department are always there to help when needed and they are always extremely supportive and knowledgeable.
