It was very similar to ordering at a drive through. NEXT. Did not listen. Did not hear me. Did what he HAD to do.

Seemed rushed. didn't have time to listen to me. Checked me out in a minute or two.

Dr. Abbass was very thorough in his examination of me and his staff very friendly--this was at the Solon office.

He is fine, BUT he needs a more mature, responsible, and caring office staff. I found his office staff, the three of them, to be non-caring, unreliable, and plain rude!

Busy practice but listens carefully and was able to make the correct diagnosis after multiple other specialists failed to diagnose me correctly.

He is a caring and knowledgable Doctor. His father was an Otolaryngologist so its obvious that he has knowledge beyond his 11 years of experience. Dr. Fadi Abbass determined the correct diagnosis and treatment on the first visit! I can easily recommend him to others.

Dr. Abbass has saved my daughter from having to have speach therapy for years years by doing the ear tube surgery when she was 1 1/2 years old...My Chris was not so lucky...he had years of speach therapy because the doctor we were seeing at the time didn't want to do anything..by then it was to late!Dr. Abbass puts myself and my daughter at ease everytime!!

Long wait time at office.Even longer wait time for surgery.Overall not pleased.

only problem i have with this office is i cant never get ahold of the biller ms.hill she seems to be always away from her desk.

Front desk people rude. When asked to speak with office manager, I was told I was already speaking to her. A rude manager wearing scrubs? Not to mention, attitude. Physician and Hearing doctor great. Would recommend care to others.
