Excellent pediatrician, has seen all of our kids for years.

I truly think this clinic is extremely good for children they have a lot of patience foe their patients. the call back time is less then 15 minutes. calling in a prescription to the pharmacy is less then 20 minutes. my children were the first patients for the Edinburg office and now I have then in the McAllen office. Now they are taking care of my granddaughter and I wouldn't have it any other way.

The Doctor knows exactly what they are doing. and my child was comforted by the kind nurses during her flu shots.

DOCTOR TORRES IS THE BEST DOCTOR IVE KNOWN HE IS VERY GOOD WITH MY KIDS EXPLAINS EVERYTHING TO ME HES VERY KIND ND DOSNT TAKE LONG GET RIGHT TO THE POINT I RATE HIM 5 STARS

This doctor doesnt take appointments but when you do go in they see you almost immediatly! i dont wait long and when my daughter had a fever of 101 they gave her tylenol on the spot! they made sure that all my girls information is right and their office is very clean and nice! The doctors are never in a rush or hurry and DONT keep you waiting long in your room! they know what theyre doing! i would definitly reccommend them!!

Immediate attention upon arrival from staff Clean friendly office waited 25 min before dr arrivedI felt dr Torres spend enough time he examed my Baby head to toe nurse with him document what I guess we talk told me what my baby have very detailed and Like when h told me how his developing and whatHe should be doing I found my baby little ahead and smart for his age

My baby's PCP never noticed, after caring for him since he was born, that he had a tight toung, tied to the tip. also he noticed my baby had 2 ear infections. PCP didn't notice when he saw him 3 days before. Great doctor and great eye. Very nice. Don't like the NP. He actually sat with us and explained while the NP stays on the other side of the room away from us and the baby the whole time.

very nice and clean office, Dr Trs spend almost 12 min examining my son, but felt that what i need, he explain while he examen, non stop talking about all his finding even the normal one, like his ears look normal today if touching his ear or fever let him know, eyes look fine if red or discharge let him know...etc. the good thing i like he tell what he have found: 1 2 3 so...treatment is 1 2 3 and what to expect 1 2 3 and what do..
